Today we took a day trip to Tianwei Junior High School. There we got some hands-on experience programming remote-control cars. It was so cool! VROOM VROOM!

Students are participating in an earthquake safety drill. They learn the three key steps they should follow in the event of a serious earthquake: Get down, cover and hold on. They practice these steps through drills as well as knowing where to evacuate and gather.

During winter vacation, there is still no rest for the students. They are motivated about working on a programming project. You can see them coding on their computers to display RGB LEDs in many bright and beautiful colors.

Rocket science isn’t easy, but these smart students are able to build their own water rockets, using simple materials and physics. First they fill the bottle with a bit of water, and then they pump air inside to build pressure. Finally they get to press the launch button. 3, 2, 1, LIFTOFF!
