Basic Movement Introduction

Now, let's learn the basic rules of teeball and the hitting stance. First, your stance is very important!

Please stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and maintain balance.

Now, hold the bat tightly!
(calling out): "Hold the bat tightly."

Make sure both hands are gripping the bat firmly, with your palms facing down. This will give you better control.

Hitting Practice

Now we will start the hitting practice. Everyone, split into two teams of five. Each team will take turns hitting, while the others collect the balls. We'll use soft bats and safe balls to ensure everyone's safety.
