目標 / Objective: 學生能學習並練習躲避球的三個基本動作:投球、接球和躲避。

熱身 / Warm-Up(2分鐘 / 2 minutes)

“Please follow me and do some simple stretching exercises.”“先伸展手臂,然後伸展腿部,記得活動一下腰部。”
“First, stretch your arms, then your legs. Don’t forget to move your waist.”(引導學生進行簡單的伸展動作)

1. 投球 / Throwing(2分鐘 / 2 minutes)
“第一個動作是投球。請大家站直,雙腳與肩同寬,雙手握住球。”
“The first movement is throwing. Please stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the ball with both hands.”“將球拉回到肩膀,然後用力向前推。”
“Pull the ball back to your shoulder and then push it forward with force.”“記得使用你的腰部來增加投球的力量。”
“Remember to use your waist to add power to your throw.”(示範投球的動作)
(Demonstrate the throwing motion.)“現在,請找一個夥伴,互相投球,注意你的姿勢和用力的方法。”
“Now, find a partner and practice throwing the ball back and forth. Pay attention to your posture and technique.”
2. 接球 / Catching(2分鐘 / 2 minutes)
“第二個動作是接球。當球飛向你時,雙手要張開成‘W’形。”
“The second movement is catching. When the ball comes towards you, open your hands in a ‘W’ shape.”“蹲低身體,保持眼睛注視著球。”
“Bend your knees and keep your eyes on the ball.”(示範接球的動作)
(Demonstrate the catching technique.)“現在,和你的夥伴一起練習接球。”
“Now, practice catching with your partner.”“記得要溝通,確保能夠順利接到球!”
“Remember to communicate and make sure you can catch the ball successfully!”
3. 躲避 / Dodging(2分鐘 / 2 minutes)
“最後一個動作是躲避。當球朝你飛來時,快速向一邊移動或下蹲。”
“The last movement is dodging. When the ball comes towards you, quickly move to the side or duck down.”“保持身體輕盈,隨時準備躲避!”
“Stay light on your feet and be ready to dodge!”(示範躲避的動作)
(Demonstrate the dodging motion.)“現在大家散開,我會喊‘球來了!’,你們要快速躲避。”
“Now, everyone spread out. When I say ‘Ball coming!’, you need to dodge quickly!”
